- Earthquake straps

- 5ft of temperature /pressure relief drain line
- Pipe insulation
- Reconnecting the gas or electrical
- Removal and disposal of the old unit.
Additional Items / Additional Costs
- Permits – A permit for the city/county is an additional cost.
- Major code required work needed to properly install the new water heater not mentioned above.
- Electrical Disconnect
- Access issues
- Pan with drain line
- Thermal expansion bottle
- Any additional items (if needed) are quoted on site prior to beginning work.
- Medium height, short or specialty model water heaters
- Add $100 for a 50 gallon standard height 6 year warranty model water heater.
- Any additional charges for code, access, or water heater upgrades will be quoted onsite prior to commencing work.
