Founder’s Story:
In 1968, our founder had recognized the absence of specialized companies catering to water heater services. This realization led to the beginnings of Water Heaters Only, Inc. in Orange, CA. At the time, the options for water heater services were limited to Sears, local plumbers, or relying on acquaintances for help. Our founder believed that existing services lacked quality and variety, prompting him to create a company that exclusively focused on water heaters. The company’s technicians were equipped with fully stocked vans carrying all necessary parts to ensure flawless water heater installations and repairs.
Another significant aspect of our company’s growth was the development of an Emergency Shutdown Instruction Sticker. This self-adhesive sticker, eventually distributed to millions of homes, provided homeowners with guidance on shutting down and draining their water heaters in case of emergencies. Coupled with our exceptional customer service, this sticker plays a pivotal role in expanding our business.
