Our Technician/Installer Alexis was amazing from start to finish. He kept us up to date with his arrival. Walked us through the install process and features of our new water heater. Left the work area clean and put back together in a reasonable time so we could have hot water again. Very happy with our choice of company and Alexis’s professional friendly service. Overall a good experience for an unsuspecting water heater crisis.

The service technician took out the old water heater and said he couldn't put in the new one. He charged us $380 and left us without any water. Not even cold water. We were worse off than when he came out. We had to collect rain water to flush our toilet. Absolutely unacceptable. I called them. They said the manager was in a meeting and would call back. 3 days later... no call.

My water hearts went out on New years Eve around 4pm. I called Water Heaters Only, inc that day and they sent out Brad to replace it on New Year's Day. Brad was the best!! He was so nice and professional. He completed the replacement in a little over 2hrs. The price was great and the service from original phone call to finished job was outstanding. My water heater started leaking at 7 am this morning. I called Water Heaters Only and they said they could have a technician there before 2. Mike L arrived at 12:30 and had my new water heater installed by 3:30. Mike was very through, answered all my questions, and was very helpful on how to maintain it in the future. If in the future you need a new one I would reccomend Water Heaters Only and hopefully you get Mike to install it for you.

Great service. Was in a bit of pickel after spending 5 days in the hospital with my wife (she is fine now) Came home with just me and a newborn baby to find my 25 year old water heater broke nd would not reignite, so pretty stressfully day. I called water heaters only, we bought from them in the past for other properties. The got right on top it, Ron was out at our place in less than 2 hours and put in a new water heater within a couple hours.

I called the service number on the main website. Told them the issues I was having with a Rheem water heater. The woman on the phone, who was extremely nice, started to explain the repair process. I explained I wanted a replacement. She told me the rough price over the phone. I had a technician out front around an hour later.

Brad was very professional yet personable. He replaced everything from the wall out. His workmanship was impressive. He cleaned up what little mess was made and was done in around 3 hours. I'll never call anyone else for water heater issues again.

How come problems occurred on weekends? Well these people don’t care what day it is.
Our water heater took a dump on a Saturday morning and we had a new one installed later that day! Our normal plumber would not be out until Monday! Glad I called Water Heaters Only! And the cost was a lot less than what my normal plumber would have charged for the same heater.
Thanks WHO! Your installer Ron was fantastic!

While I was visiting my mother in law I called with a request for a service call due to some corrosion on a couple of pipes. Instead of charging us $4-500 the gentleman on the phone asked me if I was handy and had a couple of wrenches. He clearly explained what I needed to do and that it would take about an hour.
It did and it saved us a whole bunch of money. I think a company that’s willing to turn down essentially free money speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty.

Old water tank/heater leaked back in mid-Aug so called, and Lori assigned Ron G. to our home within a day. Ron was professional, courteous, and did a great job for the price. Area was cleaned up. Completely forgot to give this company a solidly deserved review back then, so here it is. I would recommend this company to my neighbors.

My contractor suggested to use this company service for new water heater which I did and they install a Norritz tankless water heater back in 2020, every thing was good until 3 months ago that the recirculating pump stopped working, I called and set a Saturday appointment, No show , I called no answer, called back week day and set up next Saturday appointment, a tech come and said he needs to order parts, since April 2023 I have scheduled 4 appointment with them and they promised the tech would be there and No show all 4 times and no answer to call, it seems they know my number and don’t answer , last time I called from different number and some one answered and when I asked arrival time he said “I will call you back “and never called and any phone call went to voice mail after.
Finally I gave up and scheduled with a different company hopefully they show up on time.

So my water heater start dripping at the bottom on 3rd July. I tried other service providers. No response! My water valve corroded and I cant shut it off. Two days later, I surfed the web today, give Water Heaters Only, a try. I called their service center gave me an estimated time and price range.
Within one hour Mike show up, take a good look, water valves corroded, strap loose, tank change, ect.. and within three hours done.

He done a better than I was hoping.
Professional, on time, quality work. Highly recommended.

Service tech was very nice and worked clean. Tech did not show up until 8pm. Tech ended up replacing water heater, expansion tank and pressure relief valve.
I used this company in 2009 and spent $899 on water heater replacement and install.
Little disappointed in the prices I ended up paying this time . I was quoted $2100 - $2400 on the phone for water heater and expansion tank replacement. Come to find out the price is actually determined by what the tech tells the office. Ended up paying $2785 for the heater and expansion tank. $375 more than phone quote. Price was not negotiable
I had to call back in the morning and schedule a new ticket for the pressure relief valve as it was almost 11pm. This was originally quoted $300 to $400. I ended up paying $575.
I understand that prices can be more due to conditions and how/where equipment is placed. However, everything was located in the garage and was completely unobstructed. I would consider this job as a very friendly install on all the items . The techs work off commission and I’m feeling like I was gouged on the cost of the job. I will probably think twice before recommending or using again .

I just want to say Water Heaters Only, Inc. is amazing! This company truly lives up to the positive ratings by other customers! AND the fact that they're available 24/7 for no extra charge on the weekends, is wonderful! Their 55+ year experience shows! From the initial call to make an appointment, to speaking with the knowledgeable woman who answered the phone (Lori is her name, I think?), to the immediate availability for my water heater replacement, to David P. responding ON TIME and quickly fixing my issue! David clearly knows his craft, was very open to answering all of my questions, and wasn't bothered by my observation of the work being done! I actually have AHS Home Warranty and initially called them. Yeah...didn't even get a call from the assigned company to schedule an appointment after 5 hours. Not only this, the AHS company had RECENT negative ratings of 3 stars and below. Plus that company doesn't work on weekends??

ANYWAY, I can't recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc. enough! I definitely will use them again for either myself or other family members!

Needed a leaking Water Heater replaced on a Sunday. Called a spoke with Lori, who was very professional and clear with her explanation of getting a tech out asap and also made sure I checked to see if the tank was still under warranty. Mike L. showed up on time and did an excellent job, with all new water and gas lines and attachments. Worked fast, clean and personable.
I would recommend this company, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!! Good quality!

Yet again I called these guys and they came through. Shout out to Matt and Andrew. We had a tough time last week/weekend with places trying to ripp us off and manufacturers telling us to wait a week for parts to be sent out and leave us without hot water until then.
Andrew came out first thing this mornig, really nice lad. Got to work removing the old heater and installed the new one without any fuss. Added a few extra upgrades to the valves and put a pan down to catch any excess water. Got us up and running in no time.
Price was very fair and half of what the Shady Companies were trying to charge us. Would recommend anytime for anyone.

Thank you so much guys! Off to have a much needed HOT shower!!!

Water Heaters Only was great through the whole process. Good solid quote during initial research that aligned with the final delivery and installation. Their installation professional, David, was amazing. He arrived in less that 1 hour after initial call, had everything he needed, was extremely knowledgeable and clean. Brad showed up at the early-end of the appointment window. He was courtesy and offered his honest opinion of options (repair old tank, install new tank, install tankless). He removed the old water heater quickly. His installation of the new unit was quick, clean, and up to code. He gave a thorough tutorial on how to reset the pilot light in case it goes out. He also advised on how long to wait for the hot water and the best way to flush the hot water lines. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues with their aging water heater.

This company-
Hands down the best company we have ever used for a water heater. Sears warranty is horrible and a pain to use and the other companys tack on extra charges when they get to your house ie. (Lowes, home depot)

Over the phone- they are honest and same day the came out.

My technician Brad-
He is a very hard worker, very professional and does super clean work. I have 1950's galvanized piping that is rotted out and he nailed it! I was unsure at first if it was even going to work, but he took his time and did it right. And came out looking clean👌

This Company I Respect! our technician is a Veteran and the water heaters are American Made.
Will will never use another company again!
